Glamour by CL respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
I only collect what you choose to provide:
When you book an appointment through the Square scheduling tool on this site, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the service you select, and your preferred date and time.
When you complete a consent form (required before UV Lash, Classic Lash, or Spray Tan services), you provide your contact details and the health and eligibility information needed to perform your service safely, such as allergies, sensitivities, and relevant medical history.
Solely to provide and manage your service — to schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with you about your visit, prepare for your service, and keep your treatment safe and tailored to you. I never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
This site does not run its own database. Booking information is processed and stored by Square (scheduling only), and consent forms are collected and stored through Jotform. Both are established service providers with their own security practices and privacy policies. I access your information through these tools only to serve you.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded booking widget from Square, which may receive standard request data (such as your IP address) when delivering those files. If you submit a consent form, Jotform may set cookies needed for the form to work.
You can ask me to delete the information you submitted at any time — just call or text (414) 514-4833.
